Hotel Reservation Information
Room rates for the conference are $99.00/night for a Resort Hotel room and $169.00/night for a Resort Villa. Check-in time is after 3:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. The cutoff date for making your reservations AND GETTING THESE RATES is
Don't be late! We're expecting good attendance and rooms will go fast! If you register after the cutoff date the room rates ARE NOT GUARANTEED and requests for accommodations will be accepted on a "space available" basis. The Fernwood Hotel & Resort will accept reservations called into the resort reservation department. One night's deposit is required with the reservation. Deposits can be made with a check, money order, or a credit card number. The Resort honors American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
You can use the following form to register for the conference if you wish. But what ever you do, remember this IS NOT a secure server. Which means that information you send us may be able to be viewed by others, so If you register by this form you will be required to put in a phone number and a full address. That way we can contact you by phone and get the credit card information. Or if you've checked that you're going to send a check, you will be given 7 days for the check to arrive in our office before you are called.
If you don't wish to send the form by electronic means, fill it in, print it out and mail it with your payment. Either way, be sure to register early.
