Hotel Reservation Information
Room rates for the conference are $99.00/night for a Resort Hotel room and $169.00/night for a Resort Villa. Check-in time is after 4:00PM and check-out time is 11:00AM. The cutoff date for making your reservations AND GETTING THESE RATES is
Don't be late! We're expecting good attendance and rooms will go fast! If you register after the cutoff date the room rates ARE NOT GUARANTEED and requests for accommodations will be accepted on a "space available" basis. The Fernwood Hotel & Resort will accept reservations called into the resort reservation department. One night's deposit is required with the reservation. Deposits can be made with a check, money order, or a credit card number. The Resort honors American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
