Meeting Schedule

You are invited to attend the conference Planning Meetings and simply "hear what's going on" or take an active role by joining one of the committees.

The Chairman for this year's Technical Conference 2000 has scheduled planning meetings for the following dates. Please mark your calendar and plan to attend.

On Saturday, August 12, 2000, at the Fernwood Resort and Hotel, committee Chair Charlie Chiswick (Second from Right) offers his leadership to the committee, as Co-Chair Rene Lachapelle (Right), and some of the other committee members, Dennis Franklin, John Finney and Donna & Nick Melfi consider the information. There will be only one more meeting of the committee prior to the conference on October 5, 6 & 7, 2000.

Anyone, and everyone, is welcome to join us at these planning meetings. Contact one of the Co-Chairs for further information about how you can become involved.

Because of the importance of these planning meetings, the committee Co-Chairs have asked that EVERYONE interested make plans NOW to attend. To give you some personal enticement to attend, the Hotel Coordinator has negotiated a totally "UNHEARD OF" rate for the weekend..... for anyone who wishes to stay overnight. The "Villa" Condos will be available for the fabulous price of only $99.00 per night and the standard Hotel room has been reduced to a mere $50.00 per night. These rates are truly fantastic incentives to visit the hotel for this meeting. It's a way to premier the amenities of the rooms and check out the quality of the Hotel's service.

So come join us in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, at the Fernwood Hotel and Resort in Bushkill, PA.

All meetings are to begin promptly at 10:00AM and will be held at the Conference Hotel - The Fernwood Hotel and Resort, Bushkill, (The Pocono's) PA. Each committee is requested to have at least two members at each meeting. Attendance at these meetings should be confirmed with the Hotel Chairman at least one week prior to the meeting date.
