2008 Technical Conference Forms
This page contains the forms necessary to register for the conference (except the Hotel, which you need to contact direct). These forms are in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) format and have been formatted to allow you to open the form, fill out the data on the computer screen and then print out the form. It saves writing things out and if your handwriting is like mine, it allows the receiver to actually UNDERSTAND what you've filled out!
