Hotel Reservation Information
The Princess Royale is an ALL SUITE hotel (2 rooms minimum) and based on recent changes to the Maryland smoking laws, the complete hotel has been made a SMOKE FREE facility. Each suite has a living room with pull-out queen sized sofa bed, kitchenette (sink, dishwasher, stove & refrigerator), full bath and separate bedroom (double queens or king bed) with privacy door between the living and sleeping areas.
When you call to make your room reservations, be sure to mention you are with the EASA (Electrical Apparatus Service Association) Region 1 & 2 Joint Conference, and mention the dates. This will afford you the $99.00 room rate for the standard 2 room suite. We also have access to a limited number of 2 room Oceanfront Suites, Oceanfront Jacuzzi Suites and a more limited number of 2 and 3 bedroom Condominiums. These "additional" upgrade suites and condos are available with prices ranging from $159 to $259 per night. If you check out the hotel's website, you can view the various types of accommodations and the amenities of each. Some of the views offer a "virtual tour" of the suite, on-line, so you can SEE what you're getting. Don't delay. This room block will disappear after September 30, 2008.
The location of our multi-region conference is somewhat central to the Northern and Southern extremes of the regions and the weather in Ocean City has been very favorable for us in previous years during the scheduled time frame.
