Advertising Definitions

These definitions have been put together so that you might see what you'll get if you DO decide to sponsor an event. All of the items listed are not necessarily offered each year. It is a collective document that is somewhat generic in nature. It's a great way to help the conference and receive great advertising exposure with the people you want to reach. FULL PAGE AD - No exhibit space required   go to TOP OF PAGE
This is rather self explanatory. You pay the ad cost and in return the conference advertising committee will put your ad, supplied by you, in the program booklet.

TABLETOP EXHIBIT SPACE    go to TOP OF PAGE
With this option, you receive a FULL PAGE AD in the program booklet AND a 6'-0" table space in the exhibit hall. The table will be draped with cloth coordinated with the exhibit hall. In addition, you get 2 chairs behind the table, a waste basket, a full height backdrop and a sign on the backdrop with your company name. Space between tabletops is sufficient to walk past the table but no more.

FULL 8' x 10' BOOTH EXHIBIT SPACE   go to TOP OF PAGE
Best "Bang for the Buck"
This option gives you a full booth area. The 8' x 10' area will have a full height backdrop coordinating with the layout colors of the exhibit hall. A sign with your company name will be hung at the top of the backdrop. You will also have your booth area set off from adjoining booths by 2-1/2' high side curtains on each side of the booth. There will be a 6'-0" table draped with coordinating colors, 2 chairs behind the table and a waste basket.

EXTRA TABLE FOR BOOTH  go to TOP OF PAGE
Some folks need an extra table for their 8' x 10' booth or if they have reserved 2 adjoining booths. This is an additional draped table and will be brought to your booth during setup of the display area. You will be responsible for placement of the table within the confines of your space. The cost indicated on the advertisement form is IF the table is ordered IN ADVANCE. If the table is ordered the day of the exhibits, there will be an additional charge assessed by the hotel that will be passed on to you.

ELECTRICITY REQUIRED  go to TOP OF PAGE
Neither a full booth or tabletop space includes electricity in the base price. These costs are assessed by the hotel and are for a standard 15amp, 120volt, 1phase, 60hz duplex outlet run to your space.

Should you require a different voltage OR 3phase power of any voltage, it may or may not be available, depending on the hotel's circuit availability. This is a VERY special request and although the conference committee will assist in establishing the availability for you, the cost of such a service is handled directly between you and the hotel and payment is usually required the day of connection.

This ad cost is associated with the "higher visibility" of the copy space. It is on a first come, first served basis and RECEIPT of PAYMENT is the deciding criteria.

This ad cost is associated with the "higher visibility" of the copy space. It is on a first come, first served basis and RECEIPT of PAYMENT is the deciding criteria.

HALF PAGE AD  go to TOP OF PAGE
This bracket is for the economy minded advertiser. It is an ad that covers 1/2 of a page in the program booklet and carries no other benefits.

LAST YEAR'S AD COPY  go to TOP OF PAGE
This information allows you to place an ad without having to formulate a new one, if you're satisfied with the previous ad and don't want to change anything. One of the drawbacks of this category is that if the ad copy continues to be used over and over, year after year, without obtaining NEW artwork, quality begins to deteriorate and your message is not as good as you might want it to be. So if you've used this option for the last few years, consider spending the extra dollars for NEW ART and get the benefit of the higher quality.

CAMERA READY - BLACK on WHITE COPY  go to TOP OF PAGE
This is for those new comers to the program booklet, those who
wish to change their ad copy or graphics, and the advertiser who wants the highest quality copy the printer is able to produce. Not a very high cost for high quality advertising.

Sponsorships

We would like to mention here, as is noted on the Advertising Form, that the majority of following events carry costs that vary based on the number of attendees and because we have used cost estimates from previous years, the values quoted on the Advertising Form are only approximations. A "Full Value" sponsor of an event will be billed by the Conference Committee after the close of the conference and complete costs are established. A "Partial Value" sponsor is required to pay with the advertising order.

This is our Thursday Evening Welcoming event and is one of the many social highlights of the conference. Sponsorship of this event gets the sponsor mentioned in the program booklet as a specific event sponsor AND the sponsor's name on a poster easel near the entrance door of the event. 

KICKOFF BREAKFAST   go to TOP OF PAGE
The Kickoff Breakfast is just that. It features our keynote speaker, the EASA International President, and the sponsor's name will be mentioned in the program booklet as the sponsor of this particular event AND a poster easel near the entrance door of the event.

COFFEE BREAKS  go to TOP OF PAGE
Coffee/Soda breaks are looked forward to by all the seminar attendees. These breaks take place between and/or during seminars and the sponsoring company or individual will receive mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of this specific event AND have their name placed on a poster easel alongside the serving table for the breaks.

LUNCH WITH EXHIBITORS   go to TOP OF PAGE
Friday's seminars are separated by this lunch and the first viewing of the exhibit hall. Sponsorship of this event affords the sponsor a major voice in the choice of foods served, mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of this specific event, a poster easel alongside the luncheon service table AND mention by the Exhibit Hall Chairman over the P.A. System during the event.

LADIES TOUR BUS  go to TOP OF PAGE
The ladies tour bus sponsor receives mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of this specific item AND an easel poster at the departure loading area of the hotel.

LADIES LUNCHEON  go to TOP OF PAGE
Sponsorship of this luncheon receives mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of this specific social event AND an easel poster at the departure loading area of the hotel.

EXHIBIT HALL HORS D'OEUVRES  go to TOP OF PAGE
This item is served during the SECOND viewing in the exhibit hall on Friday afternoon. The sponsor of the event will receive mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of this specific item AND an easel poster near the serving tables in the exhibit hall. 

CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST   go to TOP OF PAGE
Saturday morning kicks off with this breakfast and the sponsoring party will receive mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of the specific event AND an easel poster near the serving table on the morning of the event.

SATURDAY SPOUSE TOUR BUSSES   go to TOP OF PAGE
Saturday afternoon the conference attendees, along with their spouse/guest, go to a special lunch together and then some social event. The sponsor of the busses for this activity will receive mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of the specific item AND an easel poster near the bus departure area of the hotel.

This is the first year this item has been offered for sponsorship. It is an event attended by nearly all of the attendees and their spouse/guest and therefore the exposure of the sponsor's name is extremely high. The sponsor will receive mention in the program booklet as the sponsor of the specific event AND an easel poster near the bus departure area of the hotel.

FINALE BANQUET  go to TOP OF PAGE
This is the final event of the conference and attended by the highest number of attendees. Name exposure will be very high with the sponsor being mentioned in the program booklet as the sponsor of this specific event AND an easel poster at the entrance to the banquet hall the evening of the event.

This sponsorship is being offered for the first time this year. The conference incurs significant expense with mailing and printing costs of various items of a publicity nature. This sponsorship is but a portion of those costs. The sponsor will be mentioned in the program booklet as a sponsor of this specific event. In this particular category, the conference committee will accept more than one sponsorship.

This sponsorship is being offered for the first time this year. You can sponsorship any of the 18 holes (or as many of the 18 holes as you like). Cost of sponsorship is on a "per hole" basis. The sponsoring party will have a sign posted, on the TEE of the sponsored hole, indicating the party's name and/or company.

This prize is very special to the golf outing and your sponsorship will give you recognition of the sponsorship at the awards presentation and your name engraved, as the sponsoring party, on the prize's plaque.

This prize, too, is special to our golfers. There will be two (2) prizes and this year you'll have the opportunity to be the sponsoring party for one or both. Sponsorship will include recognition at the awards presentations AND your name will be engraved, on the winner's plaque, indicating your sponsorship.
