PROGRAM: EASA VO-TECH
Presented by our Regional Director, Mack Fetter from Willier Electric

EASA VO-Tech is a cost effective new way to train your employees. This print-based curriculum includes nine volumes that cover a variety of topics pertinent to our industry. Along with the quality information and comprehensive tests provided in each volume, EASA VO-Tech provides flexibility. Implement the program via classroom instruction led by a designated individual (highly recommended by your Education Services Committee); in small groups; or in a more self-paced arrangement. You choose the method that best fits your company's size and needs.

EASA's Education Services Committee also recommends that you provide a set of manuals for each of the employees you wish to train. This allows them to take notes on relevant topics as they proceed through the program and provides them a ready reference manual following completion.

While each volume may be purchased individually for maximum flexibility, you'll save more than 20% if you purchase the 9 volume set at only $910.

DECEMBER MEETING

Thanks again to Richard Ely of Keystone Electric for chairing this years Christmas party at the Candlelight Inn. We had the largest attendance ever with 56 people. It was a wonderful evening.

EASA 1999 SEMINAR

April 23-24, 1999 - "Transforming Your Company Into A High Performance Organization". For details, check out the EASA Seminar Booklet you recently received in the mail, or visit the EASA International Headquarters' website at www.easa.com.

EASA CONVENTION

Begin making plans now to attend the 1999 Convention in Toronto, June 27-30, 1999.

It's not too early to begin making your plans to attend the convention to be held in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The theme for the convention which promises to be our biggest and best one yet, is "Reach for the Top".

Optional pre and post-convention tours are planned, including trips to Niagara Falls. There will also be optional city tours on Sunday morning, June 27. Exhibits will open at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre, which is within walking distance of all hotels where EASA members will be staying. All events will be held at the convention facility, except for the President's Reception and Dinner. It will be held at the Toronto Science Centre. The Final Banquet will highlight the Big Band/Swing era.

EASA members from the U.S. will find that travel to Canada is easier than they think. Citizens of the U.S. will only need one form of identification and a birth certificate or passport.

The convention will be very economical for most members since the American dollar is so strong. At current rates, sleeping rooms at the Royal York in Toronto, for example, will only be around $107 per night in U.S. dollars.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE
